After some hearing in the matter, Ms F Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that she may be allowed to withdraw the matter at this stage, with a liberty to approach again at the appropriate stage, if any grievance remains. 3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed on withdrawal, allowing the liberty to the petitioner to approach again, in case, a grievance arises. 4.
