The learned counsel for the respondent/claimant submits that the matter is pending since 2022. Although, the compensation order was passed way back on 04.06.2022 the respondent/claimant has not been paid any amount till date, thereby causing lots of hardship to the respondent/claimant. The record reveals that the appellant took adjournments on several occasions and remained absent on 30.07.2025, 26.09.2025, and 23.01.2026, and today also none represented the appellant. From the conduct of the appellant as stated above, it appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the matter any further.
