Hmar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mrs. Linda L. Fambawl, leaned Addl. Advocate General for the State Govt. and Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for respondent No. 4. This PIL has been filed due to the respondents not completing the contract work for construction of a double lane built-up steel girder bridge over the river Teirei, vide Work Order dated 24.07.2017 within the contractual period provided in the agreement executed between the parties. The last extension of time given to the respondent No. 4 was till 31.12.2025 for completing the construction of the bridge. The learned counsels for the parties submit that the construction of the bridge has been completed in the month of December, 2025.
