Hazarika, learned counsel who had appeared earlier on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that the brief has been taken back by the petitioner from him with an NOC. Mr. V.K. Baruah, learned counsel has submitted that he has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner subsequently and recently by filing Vakalatnama. Mr. Baruah has further submitted, on instruction, that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. Mr. I. Borthakur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.N. Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General, Assam for the State respondents is present and has submitted that the State has no objection to the prayer made for withdrawal. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, more particularly, Mr. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
