This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for allowing the applicant to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry of this court in pursuant to the order dated 29.07.2021 in I.A.(C)/1021/2021. 3. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company has no objection to the said prayer. 4. Hence, the prayer is allowed. 5. The Registry shall disburse the 50% of the awarded amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company in pursuant to the order dated 29.07.2021 passed in I.A.(C)/1021/2021 to the claimant, namely, Ms. Chimi Patgiri after proper verification. 6.
