Mr. R.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has received certain due amounts of arrear salary. Therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh, if occasion so arises. Mr. P.N. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department is present. Accordingly, writ petition is closed on withdrawal with a liberty as prayed for.
