This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 26.05.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, Katihar arising out of Katihar Mahila P.S. Case No. 3 of 2022. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the bail has been obtained by the opposite party no. 02, suppressing the facts and suppressing his criminal antecedents. 4. In view of the above, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41504 of 2022(3) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 concerned Court below for cancellation of bail by way of filing an application and if such an application is filed then the same shall be considered and decided by the Court below within three months from the date of its filing. 5.
