The present application is filed for impleadment of one Jyotimoyee Gogoi as respondent No.3/the contemnor. 3. This court under its order dated 19.09.2022 issued notice to the said respondent. 4. Accordingly, the proposed respondent No.3 entered appearance through engaged counsel, namely, Mr. K Borthakur and Mr. R.K. Nath by filing vakalatnama and they have also filed affidavit in opposition in the contempt petition. However, no order has yet been passed in the Interlocutory Application impleading the proposed respondent No.3. 5. Be that as it may, after perusal of the materials available Page No.# 3/3 on record, the proposed respondent No.3 be impleaded as respondent No.3.
