Khan, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has already filed an interlocutory application for allowing him to withdraw the vakalatnama Page No.# 2/2 and the same has been allowed by this Court. Mr. Khan also submits that as per his information, the appellant suffered demise on 17.08.2024, and that he had tried to contact the legal heirs of the appellant and also sent notice to them, but he has not received any response from them. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent submits that this matter may be closed as the legal representative of the appellant has failed to enter appearance, in spite of notice issued by the learned counsel for the appellant. 4. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this Intest.Cas./1/2022 stands closed. 5. Registry shall send back the TCR forthwith. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
