Appellant Insurance Company is represented. Respondent No. 1 is present along with the two sisters-in-law of the deceased, i.e., Ms. Ambika Das and Ms. Sandika Das. It appears that though the aforesaid sisters of the deceased were parties in one of the claim petitions, they have not been made parties in the present appeal and accordingly, applications for their impleadment have been filed. The said two sisters of the deceased are present today. Accordingly, they are hereby impleaded as respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in the present appeal. The parties have arrived at a settlement amount of Rs. 25,00,000/-. Accordingly, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit the same within a period of 4 (four) weeks before the Registry of this Court. The amount so deposited shall be apportioned between the parties as follows:— Respondent No. 1, Smti. Runuka Das = Rs. 13,00,000/- Respondent No. 4, Smt. Ambika Das = Rs. 6,00,000/-
