This application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 29.03.2022 by the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68/2021, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379, and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.
