This application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2, who was enlarged on bail by order dated 17.01.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14105 of 2016, arising out of Harnaut P.S. Case No. 446 of 2015 registered under Sections 498(A), 379, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the DP Act. 3. Perused the records. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have approached the same Bench, so long as it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36024 of 2022(4) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 Opposite Party No. 2 or in the alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This Court cannot sit in appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court. 4. In view of the discussions made above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. Shishir/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U T
