It is revealed from the record that, when the matter was listed before the Lawzima Court on 23.06.2026, learned Counsel for the Petitioner remained absent. However, three weeks’ time was granted to remove the defects, failing which it was ordered to place the matter before the Bench for passing appropriate order. Today also, when the matter is called, learned Counsel for the Petitioner remains absent on call. That apart, defects are yet to be removed. 4.
