Sultan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the order impugned passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, which is subject matter of this writ petition, stands set aside by the Financial Commissioner. 02. In view of the above, he submits that the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 03. Ordered accordingly. 04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. Sultan, learned counsel submits that the instant contempt petition has been filed by a person who does not figure as a party in any of the writ petitions. 18. Be that as it may, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last two dates of hearings. Even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, which suggests that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the contempt petition. 19.
