The operative portion of the said judgment reads as under: "Writ petition, in view of the grounds urged and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner at the Bar, is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for providing employment to petitioner No. 2 in the light of the averments made in the petition, the annexures appended thereto, and the rules governing the field. Such consideration shall be accorded and an appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order, along with the complete paper book, is served upon the respondents." 02. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced the speaking order dated 12.03.2026, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected being devoid of any merit.
