The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and an amount of Rs.6,44,000/- on account of arrears of enhancement of igrnorable portion has already been released and credited in favour of the petitioner, Col Rajesh Kumar Sharma (Retd.), on 27.03.2026 through PFMS Voucher No. V-24594, in compliance with the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 03.01.2025. In this regard, a copy of the said communication addressed to the learned counsel has been provided before this Court, which is taken on record. 2. Thus, in the light of the statement made by Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the instant matter, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 3.
