The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his representation dated 5th of April, 2020, forming Annexure-XIX to the writ petition. 02. By way of the writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction upon the respondents to re-engage him and allow him to continue as Assistant Sinologist in the Children Hospital, G.B Panth, Srinagar, till his services are regularized against the said post, with further direction not to disengage him from service. 03. It has been submitted that with regard to the aforesaid prayer, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 5th of April, 2020 with the respondents, but the same has not been considered till date. 04. Having regard to the prayer made in the application, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 5th of April, 2020, strictly in accordance with law and passing a speaking order, most expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is made available to them. 05.
