Since the impugned order is an appealable one, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to move the Appellate Authority. 4. However, since it is contended that because of the pendency of the Writ Petition no appeal was filed and the Appellate Authority be directed to entertain the appeal without insisting on any delay, it is observed that if any such appeal will be filed within a period of 3(three) weeks hence, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the appeal and decide the issue on merit without insisting on any delay. p. 2 p. 2 5.
