CRMP No. 2743 of 2026 Proclamation notice issued against respondent Prem Thapa stands duly executed. Statement of Serving Constable Randhir Singh, No. 1408 has been recorded today on oath. Proclamation notice was published, directing the respondent to appear in the Court on 31.08.2026, but respondent has not appeared despite publication of notice. In view of the above and on the basis of material on record, it appears that respondent Prem Thapa is absconding and is deliberately avoiding service as well as appearance in Court and, accordingly, he is declared Proclaimed Offender. Application stands disposed of. Cr. Appeal No. 98 of 2022 Vide separate judgment of even date, appeal is adjourned sine die and stands disposed of, accordingly.
