Cr.MP No. 3641 of 2026 The applicant/ respondent has filed an application for release of the amount of ₹20,000/- deposited in the Registry of this Court and ₹36,450/- deposited before the learned trial Court. It has been asserted that the matter was reconciled before the National Lok Adalat. An amount of ₹20,000/- has been deposited in the Registry of this Court and ₹36,450/- was deposited before the learned trial Court at Rohru. Hence, it was prayed that the amount be released in favour of the applicant. Heard. A perusal of the order dated 13.09.2025, passed before the National Lok Adalat, shows that Lok Adalat has already released the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court by remitting in the bank account of the respondent/complainant. The rest of the amount is lying deposited before the learned trial Court; it is for the learned trial Court to pass the order regarding its release.
