Subject: CWP No. 1545/2022 titled as Vijay Kumar & Anr. Vs Union of India & Ors. Sir, This is with reference to your office letter no CWP 1545/2022 dated 18/08/2026 on the subject cited matter. In this regard, it is respectfully submitted that: a) The necessary documents required to be sent to Respondent No. 3 and 4 have already been sent by the petitioner to them on his own accord vide his letter dated 10th of June 2026 which has been placed on record by the Id. Counsel for the Petitioner before the Hon'ble Court during the hearing on 05.08.2026. The same is enclosed herewith for your perusal pl. Therefore, it is requested that this information be placed before the Hon'ble Court during the upcoming hearing on 25.08.2026 to ensure that the factual status is recorded and no adverse orders are passed against the State. Taking note of the fact that the petitioners now stand allotted the aforesaid land, the present writ petition to stand disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
