This CRLMP has been filed challenging the order dated 26.04.2022 passed in Criminal Proceeding No. 72 of 2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack directing for payment of interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/- to each of the Petitioners. 2. Mr. G. Nial, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. N. P. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this case and wants to withdraw the same as the matter has been settled out of the Court. The memo signed by Mr. N. P. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner is taken on record. 3. It appears that pursuant to order dated 10.03.2023, copies of two bank drafts has been filed by learned counsel for the Petitioner and in proof of the same order dated 05.04.2023 passed in Criminal Proceeding No. 72 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack has also been filed. 4.
