None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 2. None had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner on 31.03.2022 when the matter was called. Office note indicates that defects Nos. 3, 6, 7(ii), 10, 11, 12, 14(vi) and 19 have not yet been removed. 3. The CRLMP has been filed challenging the order dated 20.01.2022 rejecting the application of the Petitioner for recall of the order dated 11.11.2014 issuing warrant against the Petitioner. 4. As more than 12 years have elapsed since the order dated 11.11.2014 was passed issuing warrant against the Petitioner and more than 4 years have elapsed since the order dated 20.01.2022 was passed rejecting the application of the Petitioner for recall of the warrant, in my opinion no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CRLMP pending as in the meanwhile either the Petitioner must have been arrested or fresh NBW must have been issued against him. 5. Hence, the CRLMP is dismissed. 6. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-Cum-C.J.M., Kendrapara, who is directed to submit a report in the meanwhile regarding status of ST No.22/83/2014. 7.
