CMP (M) No.1204/2026 The present application has been filed by the applicant for bringing on record legal representatives of the respondent No.1, Khushi Ram, who is stated to have expired on 2.3.2026. Relevant copy of death certificate has been appended as Annexure P-1. For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly paras 2 to 4 thereof, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed and consequently, the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1, as mentioned in para 2 of the application, are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.1(a) to 1(e) subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of. RSA No. 358/2022 Mr. Pawan Kumar, Advocate, prays for and is granted two weeks’ time to file power of attorney on behalf of newly added respondents No. 1(a) to 1(e).
