None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 2. This CRLMP has been filed for quashing the proceeding in Chandrasekharpur PS Case No.68 of 2022. 3. Mr. A.K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that this case was filed on 26.04.2022 but charge-sheet in the case has been submitted on 28.04.2022. 4. This matter had been listed on 02.05.2022, 13.05.2022, 28.02.2024, 31.08.2024 and 27.09.2024.
