Learned counsel for both sides are on record saying that the matter has been amicably settled which is reflected from the written joint compromise executed involving all the stake holders. The compromise is documented in the light of which the two petitions are intended to be accorded disposal. The original compromise deed is taken on record and both the petitions are accordingly disposed of by reference to the terms and conditions of the compromise amongst the stake holders. 2. Disposed of along with connected CM/s 3. This Court calls up Mr. Z. A. Qureshi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Advocate Ms. Rehana Fayaz to place on record scan copy of the compromise for seeking withdrawal of the original copy which is required by the parties to be placed on record of other pending writ petitions which are also being brough to an end in the light of the same very compromise.
