Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri G. Vamsi Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri G. Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the amount was paid to the petitioner by the authorities. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous. Page 3 of 4 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
