O R D E R 29-04-2026 Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the sole petitioner died without any immediate legal representatives and he is unable to receive any instructions about the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. Also present Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents through video conferencing and Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel for the Office of the Principal Accountant General, Manipur. In the circumstances, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to any of the legal representatives to adjudicate the issue involved in the case, if the cause survives and if so advised.
