The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Award No. 12/2024 was passed by which an amount of Rs. 65,04,53,808/- was calculated for payment for construction of Tipa-Laki-Lope-Lopu (TLLL) road upon the land owners, on whose land the said road was constructed. However, the petitioners in the instant case have not been paid out of the said award till date. As such, he submits that the matter be taken up on a later date so that he can come out with up-to-date instructions as to whether the same has been done or not. List the matter again on 13.08.2026.
