When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Police, after conducting investigation, filed charge sheet on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kota, on 16.07.2021 and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.140 of 2021 and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
