The District Collector, Annamayya District – respondent No.3 is personally present in Court today and his presence is dispensed with. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has placed before this Court, proceedings of respondent No.3, dated 22.04.2026. A perusal of these proceedings shows that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by way of these proceedings. 3.
In the circumstances, this Court holds that respondent No.3 has purged himself of the contempt committed by him earlier. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceeding. There shall be no order as to costs.
