By this application, the petitioner has prayed for an ex-post facto regularization of his service after his retirement. It is also stated by the petitioner that he had submitted a representation before the concerned authority and during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the said representation was considered and by speaking order, the claim of the petitioner was rejected. As such, Mr. R. De, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh if required.
