UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER 05/06/2026 Heard Mr. B Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S K Medhi, learned CGC, appearing for the respondent. 2. Mr. Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, fairly submits that the issue arising in the present writ petition, is already covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jeewan Singh Vs. Union of India and Others [Judgment and Order dated 04.10.2024 in WA No. 277/2022]. He submits that the Division Bench of this Court had considering the similar issue held that the decision of the Service Review Board that the personnel of the posts was not fit to be retained in the Force beyond 30 years on completion of the prescribed qualifying service for pension, would not mandate an interference. He submits that in view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jeewan Singh (supra), the present writ petition would be called to be dismissed. 3. Mr. Medhi, learned CGC, appearing for the respondents submits that the issue arising in the present writ petition would be covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jeewan Singh (supra). 4. In view of the above decisions in the case of Jeewan Singh (supra), the Page No.# 3/3 present writ petition stands dismissed. However, there would be no order as to cost. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
