C1/1274/2021 dated 02.08.2021 (b) to declare the action of Respondent No.3 in keeping the Lands of Khata No. 644 of Amilepalle Revenue Village, Gurramkonda Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh in dispute register on 28.08.2021 as Illegal, Arbitrary and colourable exercise and (c) to direct the Respondent No. 3 to remove the Lands of Khata No. 644 of Amilepalle Revenue Village, Gurramkonda Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh from the dispute register and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to dispense with the C1/1274/2021 dated 2.8.2021 passed by the respondent No 3 and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to remove the Lands of Khata No. 644 of Amilepalle Revenue Village, Gurramkonda Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh from the dispute register, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 3 IA NO: 3 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the proceedings in Roc. C1/1274/2021 dated 02.08.2021 passed by the Respondent No. 3 including consequential proceedings akin to the impugned proceedings and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Jitendra Kanyalur, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. Challenging the action of the respondents in keeping the subject lands under Khatha No.644 of Amilepalle Revenue Village, Gurramkonda Mandal, Chittoor District, in the dispute register, the instant Writ Petition is filed. The petitioner consequently sought for a direction to remove the Khatha No.644 of Amilepalle Revenue Village from the dispute register. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of instructions, dated 11.02.2026 from the Tahsildar, Gurramkonda Mandal, Chittoor District received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that as per the interim orders of this Court passed in the instant 4 Writ Petition, dated 01.10.2021, the subject land under Khatha No.644 was removed from the dispute register. 4. Having regard to the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant Writ Petition. 5. The said instructions of the Tahsildar, Gurramkonda Mandal, Chittoor District, dated 11.02.2026 are placed on record. 6. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
