Sarma, learned standing counsel for the FT and Border matters, Mr. M. Kalita, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.I. Ali, learned standing counsel for the ECI, Mr. P. Sarmah, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate and Mr. S.K. Medhi, learned CGC. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner issued on 10.12.2024, stating that Siraj Uddin, son of Late Abdul Jalil Munchi and Late Jamila Khatun had died on 16.11.2024 at Sardar Gaon, Doboka, Hojai. Page No.# 3/3 3. Upon query of the Court the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is instructed to say that the family members of the deceased petitioner do not want to implead themselves in the proceedings. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is aware of the consequences that would follow of the opinion dated 06.08.2020 passed by the learned Foreigners Tribunal, Nagaon-10th at Sankdardev Nagar, Hojai. Assam in F.T. (D) Case No. 1470/2015 arising out of S.P. (B)’s F.T. Case No. 427/2013. 5. Be that as it may, as the legal representatives of the petitioner do not want to implead themselves this writ peittn stands dismissed on being abated on the death of the petitioner, namely, Md. Sirajuddin. 6. The Registry shall send back the records of the said Tribunal along with a copy of the order to be made a part of the record of the said learned Tribunal.
