Mr. Ghosh, on instruction, has submitted that the pension and pensionary benefits has already been settled and the Pension Payment Order (PPO) in this connection has also been issued by the office of the AG(A&E), Assam on 06-12-2019 authorising pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 01-03-2016. He has further submitted that the arrear salary as well as the leave encashment benefits has also been disbursed to the petitioner. The said submission made by the learned standing counsel, P&RD Department, Assam has not been disputed by Mr. S. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner.
