Today the matter is listed on a withdrawal application, moved by the counsel for the petitioner, for withdrawing the writ petition on the assurance given by the respondent- Department that his retiral dues would be paid to him, provided he withdraws the present writ petition. 5. In such view of the matter, withdrawal application is allowed. 6.
