(ORDER) 31.07.2026 Vide order dated 17 September 2017, while disposing of the writ petition, the respondents were directed to redesignate the petitioner as Store- Keeper w.e.f. 8 April 2011 within a period of eight weeks. The respondents have filed the Compliance Report and along with the Compliance Report, order dated 18 April, 2026 passed by the Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (I&FC) Department, Srinagar is enclosed. A perusal whereof reveals that the petitioner has been formally adjusted as Store-Keeper w.e.f. 8 April 2011, with all consequential benefits in consonance with the judgment under implementation. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed.
