Statements of the petitioners and respondent No. 2- the complainant at whose instance impugned FIR No. 222/2021 came to be registered with Police Station, Domana, Jammu stand recorded before learned Registrar Judicial of this Court in terms of order dated 31.12.2024. 02. Respondent No. 2-the complainant has deposed that she has amicably resolved all the disputes and issues with her husband-Yogeshwar Singh Chouhan, petitioner No. 1 and in-laws i.e., petitioners No. 2 to 9 pertaining to the impugned FIR. Compromise deed dated 20.03.2024 was also executed between them and now she is living happy married life with her husband-petitioner No. 1. 03. Complainant has also stated that she has no grievance against petitioners and did not intend to continue with the FIR. She has no objection to the quashment of FIR. Parties have been identified by their respective counsels. 04. In view of amicable settlement between the petitioners and respondent No. 2-the complainant, present petition is allowed and impugned FIR is quashed. Sr. No. 32 2 CRM(M) No. 490/2021 05.
