Sarma submits that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the Govt. of Assam, Department of School Education has passed an order dated 31.07.2024 stating inter alia that the provincialisation of the services of the petitioner as Science and Maths tutor in Bahadurtari M.E. School is cancelled. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the matter with liberty with liberty to file afresh. Prayer is allowed. The writ petition is accordingly closed. The order passed by the Education Department dated 31.07.2024 be kept as a part of record of this case and marked as “X”.
