1. Both sides are represented by their respective counsel.
2. It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter for a sum of Rs. 2, 60, 000/- (Rupees Two lakh sixty thousand only), out of which an amount of Rs. 98,089/-(Rupees ninety eight thousand eighty nine only) has already been paid. The balance amount of Rs. 1, 61,911/-(Rupees one lakh sixty one thousand nine hundred eleven only) shall be paid towards the full and final settlement of the claimant by the appellants.
3. The claimant is at liberty to withdraw the settlement amount of Rs. 1, 61,911/- ( Rupees one lakh sixty one thousand nine hundred eleven only) before the MACT-1, Guwahati upon proper identification and verification of the relevant documents.
4. The statutory fund deposited, if any, by the insurance company shall be refunded.
