An interim order was passed by Coordinate Bench on 21.12.2021, pursuant to which, petitioner served at Uttarkashi. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, petitioner retired from service on 31.12.2023. 6. After petitioner’s superannuation, the relief as claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
