The present application has been filed by the Complainant seeking Special Leave to Appeal against the judgment and order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar, District Haridwar in Criminal Complaint Case No. 433 of 2007, “Ravindra Kumar vs. State of Uttarakhand and Another”, under Sections 323, 342, 388, 392, 504 and 506 of the IPC, arising out of Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar. 5.
