Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the charge-sheet, which was the subject matter of this petition, has been finally disposed of by the trial court resulting in the acquittal of the petitioner. 02. The petition has been filed against the charge-sheet arising out of FIR No. 32/2019 for the commission of offences under Sections 376/318/420 RPC registered at Police Station, Bishnah and sub judice before the court of learned Additional Session Judge Fast Track cases, Jammu. 03. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. 04. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated. 05. The respondents shall be at liberty to challenge the acquittal of the petitioner in appropriate proceedings.
