This is an application seeking permission to place on record the compliance report. 2. For the reasons stated therein, the same is allowed. The compliance report annexed with the application is taken on record. 3. CM stands disposed of. CCP(S) No. 216/2021 in SWP No. 388/2014 4. Vide the order passed by the Writ Court, sought to be implemented, a direction was issued to the respondents to release the unpaid legitimately earned wages of the petitioners with a further direction to ensure that the petitioners are enlisted in the list of casual labourers for the purposes of regularization as PDL labourers. 5. In the compliance report, it has been submitted that the unpaid legitimately earned wages of the petitioners have been released in terms of order No. 157 PHEKJSD/act of 2025-26 dated 27.03.2026. It has 26 CCP(S) No. 216/2021 Page 2 of 2 further been submitted that direction requiring inclusion of the petitioners in the final list of Casual Labourers would be complied with as and when portal in this regard would become functional. It has also been submitted that the petitioners stand enlisted in the list of need based casual labourers, who are presently working and regularly getting their wages as per the funds allocation received from the Government. 6. In view of the above, directions of the learned Writ Court stand complied with. Accordingly, the proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed.
