1. Vide order dated 12.10.2021, interim bail was granted to the petitioner in FIR No. 23/2021 dated 12.06.2021.
2. Official respondent has filed the response stating therein that the petitioner is involved in a heinous offence and, therefore, is not entitled to concession of bail. It is further stated that the offence stands established against the petitioner but restraint has been placed upon filing the charge sheet vide order dated
09.08.2021.
3. Respondent No. 2 has also filed the response narrating the factual aspects of the case and stating therein that the allegations against the petitioner are very grave and that, if the petitioner is granted bail, there is every likelihood of the prosecutrix, who resides at Jammu, being threatened by the petitioner. 16

4. There is no complaint either by the prosecution or by the prosecutrix that the petitioner at any point of time has violated the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail to him.
5. In view of the above, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.10.2021 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions as contained in the said order. In the event, the petitioner violates the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting bail, the respondents can approach this Court for cancellation of the bail.

6. CD file be produced by the official respondent on the next date of hearing positively.
