This CRLMP has been filed for quashing the proceeding in CMC No. 692 of 2020 under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. pending before the Additional DCP -cum- Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar. 3. By order dated 07.08.2020, the Additional DCP -cum- Executive Magistrate, Bhubaneswar had directed the members of 2nd party to appear and issued show cause as to why the order would not be passed to execute bond of Rs.5000/- for keeping p. 2 peace and good behaviour in the locality for a period of one year and on 26.11.2020, direction has been passed directing the 2nd party member to execute bond and to keep peace in the locality. 4. Since more than one year has elapsed since passing of the impugned order, I am of the view that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this CRLMP pending, which is accordingly disposed of. 5.
