By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 22.12.2020 passed by this court in case titled ‘Mst. Shameema vs. Union Territory of J&K and Ors,’ , relevant paragraph of which is taken note of herein: “Notice in MP also returnable within the same period. In the meanwhile, Tehsildar, Pattan Baramulla, Kashmir, shall submit a report with regard to the encroachments on the State and Kahcharai Land, if any, made in the Revenue Village Pattan. The report shall indicate the names of the persons who have encroached upon such State and Kahcharai land.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that in compliance of the order dated 22.12.2020, passed by this court, report has been sought from Naib Tehsildar, Pattan who, vide his letter No. 343/NTP dated 13.03.2021, has submitted a detailed encroachment list of the encroached State/Kahcharai land. Respondents have enclosed a copy of the said list with the compliance report. 3. Mr. Jehangir Ahmad Dar, learned GA for respondents, states that the order dated 22.12.2020, passed by this court, has been complied with by the respondents in its letter and spirit. 4.
