This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties for immediate and proper investigation in connection with Badagada P.S. Case No. 57 dated 20.03.2013 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1094 of 2013 pending before the Court of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar. 2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3. Pursuant to order dated 26.02.2021, time had been granted to the learned State Counsel to file an affidavit sworn in by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar disclosing the p. 2 puspa present status of the case. Pursuant to such order, affidavit had been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar on 16.03.2021 where the status of the investigation has been stated and it has also been stated that several documents are required to be seized from the Office of the DSR, Bhubaneswar for verification regarding selling of the plot and the IIC, Badagada Police Station has been directed to instruct the I.O. to take immediate steps without further delay for completion of investigation and submission of chargesheet. 4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner and more than 5 years have elapsed since, the date of filing of the affidavit, it is presumed that in the meanwhile investigation in Badagada P.S. Case No. 57 dated 20.03.2013 has been completed. 5. The CRLMP is therefore disposed of without issuing any direction. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
