This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. This is an application for modification/correction of typographical error in order dated 19th January, 2026, by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3. Mr. Mohanta, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 19th January, 2026 as infructuous, as the Advisory Trust Board has already been constituted. But, at paragraph No.3 of the said order, the ‘Advisory Trust Board’ has been inadvertently typed as ‘Interim Trust Board’ of the Deity. 3.1. Hence, he prays for correction of typographical error accordingly. 3.2. Mr. Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that since it is a typographical error, the same be corrected as per the submission of Mr. Mohanta, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4. Taking note of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs that the terms “Interim Trust Board” appearing at Paragraph No.3 of order dated 19th January, 2026, by which W.P.(C) No.3054 of 2021 was disposed of, be corrected and replaced by “Advisory Trust Board”.
